A Cluttered Mind

I think about a lot different things during the day. Sometimes , it's random,sad, or funny, and sometimes its a breakthrough. (Usually it is random.) And Sometimes, I like to talk about my life (though I think it is boring.) Take a trip through my cluttered mind, and beware of the author who has a broom and hyperactive imagination! (me the tree hugger)

All Forms of Art ( Part One)

I am very tired of people coming to me and saying, "Film and Communications isn't a REAL art...."

What is up with that? I don't degrade your talent by saying that you just doodle (visual arts) and shake your booty (dance). So what is the real difference?
Many people think that because Communication has a lot to do with computers, that we just type. ( Computer Applications does not count.) Film does not mean anything unless it connects with the viewer, just like any other art form.

So there.

Okay I have to go. but I will be back to ramble some more.

That is sooo true. Film can be as artistic as the producer/director/writer wants to make it. Like anything there are degrees of creativity behind it and levels of artistry to film. It's like web design, too. People see that as programming (which is a part of it) but it takes a lot of creativity to design something that looks good and is functional too.
